Abstract

Objective To analyze and evaluate the feasibility of laparoscopic operation in pregnancy adnexal mass. Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out on clinical data of 34 pregnancy patients with adnexal mass who received laparoscopic operation in our hospital from 2009 to 2016. Perioperative operation time, blood loss, postoperative exhaust time, getting out of bed time, length of stay, postoperative complications, pregnancy outcomes of the patients were analyzed. Results 64.71% of the patients underwent stripping technique, 14.71% of the patients underwent adnexectomy or fallectomy, 20.58% of the patients underwent biopsy. The operation time was (65.96±21.59) min, the blood loss was (25.45±16.52) ml, postoperative exhaust time was (25.46±9.42)h, getting out of bed time was (26.84±5.28)h, without perioperative complications. All patients completed follow-up, there were 25 cases (73.53%) of spontaneous delivery and 9 cases (26.47%) of cesarean section (6 cases of social factor and 3 cases of obstetric factor); there were 1 case (2.94%) of premature birth and 33 cases (97.06%) of full-term birth; neonatal Apgar score was (9.57±0.43), the weight was (3.77±0.58) kg, without malformed newborns. Conclusion Laparoscopic operation in the treatment of adnexal mass in gestation period has no significant effect on pregnancy outcomes, safe and reliable.
