Abstract
This article starts the cycle of publications, devoted to the development of the mechanism of determination of cost efficiency of the state investments on the basis of risk-focused approach. The analysis of the existing systems of determination of the construction cost and state investment cost is carried out. in the article. The research purpose is to prepare a basis for the development of the mechanism by determination of cost efficiency of the state investments (CESI) depending on the arising risks during the implementation of the capital construction project through the life cycle.
