The results for our sample, point to significant differences in technical and scale efficiency according to the invoicing level and indicate that, on average, technical efficiency scores decreased between 2005 and 2008, as well as the variation in total productivity of factors. The average technical efficiency score for the period was 0.433 and showed a downward trend since 2006. The total factor productivity in the period from 2005-2008, decreased by 7.2% due, mainly, to the negative variation in the technological progress.
