Abstract

The results of a system analysis of the effectiveness of the structure of managing the heat load of a residential building are presented, represented by a serial connection of the system of “qualitative” control of the heat supply source and the automatic system of “quantitative” control in individual heating unit (IHU) of the building. The tasks of automation in the heat supply systems of public sector objects and housing and communal services are formulated. The main components of saving thermal energy at social facilities during the installation of control devices are considered. A functional diagram of the interaction between the source regulator and the IHU regulator has been developed, which allows maintaining the water temperature in the heating circuit by controlling the shut-off and control valve. Temperature control is carried out according to a set program in accordance with the measured outdoor temperature. Analysis of the results of evaluating the effectiveness of regulation using data from the metering unit for thermal energy and coolant. Satisfactory correspondence between the design and actual heat loads of the building in the process of regulation was noted, and a methodology for economic analysis of the heat metering results was proposed. Recommendations have been developed for the collection of initial data for the development of a task for the design of an automatic control system for the thermal load of a building.
