Abstract

The effect of the efficiency of the stages of concentration and purification of DNA / RNA and their contribution to the efficiency of the whole process is shown. It is shown that the use of an alternating magnetic field to control the magnetic sorbent inside a liquid sample allows not only to cover the entire volume of the sample, but also to change the liquid reagents in the working chamber, thus high rates of speed and efficiency of the DNA extraction process can be achieved. Based on the data obtained earlier in studying the effect of temperature and ultrasound on the efficiency of DNA extraction, a method is proposed for increasing the efficiency of nucleic acid extraction and concentration using an alternating magnetic field.
