Abstract

Objective The application of ultrasound combined with electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of hypertensive heart disease (EH) was discussed. Methods From June 2015 to June 2017, 64 patients with hypertensive heart disease admitted in Jiaozhou people′s Hospital were randomly divided into control group (n=32) and observation group (n=32). The control group was diagnosed by electrocardiogram, the observation group was diagnosed by ultrasonic combined electrocardiogram, and the diagnosis was compared between the two groups. Results The detection rate of the observation group was 81.25%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(53.13%). Conclusion The application of ultrasound combined with electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of hypertensive heart disease has a remarkable effect, which can improve the detection rate, provide accurate diagnostic data for the doctor, and be helpful for the patients to carry out the correct treatment plan, which is worthy of application.
