Abstract

The effect of temperature fluctuations on thermal radiation transfer under conditions of isotropic turbulence is analyzed. Simple analytical dependences are given for estimating the fluctuations of radiation intensity and of radiation flux in a plane layer of nonscattering medium. The solution of model problem is given for microwave radiation of cloud layer in the Earth atmosphere.
