Abstract

In the era of new media, the development trend of television programs is characterized by fragmentation and mobile platform, and the national television media is facing the challenge of homogenization. Hebei TV, facing the pressure from CCTV, the impact from other provincial TV stations, and the competition for the audience market of urban TV media, fully utilizes its own resources and market opportunities to cope with fierce competition. This article takes the program arrangement from 6:00 to 24:00 on April 29, 2023 of Hebei TV as the research object, uses text analysis and content analysis methods, and combines case studies to analyze the development strategy, content production, and communication strategy of Hebei TV. It summarizes its positioning upgrade and path guarantee from aspects such as establishing program clusters, innovating expression forms, improving institutional mechanisms, and avoiding strategic blind spots, aiming to provide strategic support for Hebei TV's transformation and upgrading.
