Abstract

In this analysis of the consumption of fitness dairy products in Colombia, the study begins with an introduction highlighting the growing popularity of these products in the health and wellness sector. The objective is to examine consumer behavior and the factors influencing the choice of fitness dairy products. The methodology employed is analytical, evaluating sales data, surveys, and market trends. In the development, consumption patterns, preferences, and the public's perception of the relationship between dairy products and physical activity are identified. The conclusions emphasize the increasing demand for fitness dairy products in Colombia, revealing opportunities for the industry and underscoring the importance of health and performance-oriented marketing strategies.
