Abstract
The coaxial-aperture-fed hemispherical dielectric resonator antenna (DRA) is studied theoretically. The exact Green's function of the DRA is used, with the equivalent unknown magnetic current of the coaxial aperture found by using the method of moments (MoM). The proposed method involves no singularities, and thus, is easy to implement. The input impedance, return loss, and radiation pattern of the configuration are presented
