Abstract

Objective:To analyze the chemical constituents of Hedan tablet by high performance liquid chromatography-time of flight-mass spectrometry(HPLC-TOF-MS).Methods:The separation was performed on a Agilent Zorbax SB-Aq column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile(A)-1% acetic acid water solution(B) was used as gradient elute,0-50 min,0%-30%B,50-90 min,30%-75%B.The flow rate was 1 ml/min.TOF-MS was applied for qualitative analysis in positive ion mode with m/z of reference fragment 121.05 and 922.01.Results:The 33 chemical constituents of Hedan tablet were identified,and 5 groups of isomers were discriminated by TOF-MS and structure-relevant fragment ions.Conclusion:The HPLC-TOF-MS method is simple and reliable for analysis of the chemical constituents of Hedan tablets.
