Abstract

Teaching reform has promoted the transformation of school physical education, and all walks of life have gradually strengthened the emphasis on school physical education. Because of its own learning characteristics, school physical education is prone to accidents in teaching and training, resulting in sports injuries to students. This article aims to reduce the sports injuries in physical education and training in schools by discussing the causes and prevention measures of sports injuries in sports training. This article analyzes the location and causes of sports injuries by conducting a questionnaire survey on sophomore students from three colleges and universities in a province. It is concluded that among the causes of injury, inadequate preparation for activities leads to the highest proportion of injuries, up to 24.80%; 19.40% of students are injured due to non-standard technical actions; Accidents caused injuries accounted for 7.20%. And put forward preventive measures against the causes of students’ sports injuries, in order to reduce the students’ sports injuries in training and promote the comprehensive development of students’ physical and mental health.
