Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical application effect of targeted nursing in the treatment of hyperthyroidism. Methods 80 patients with hyperthyroidism who were admitted between April 2015 and June 2016 were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the control group were given traditional nursing including admission guidance, matters need attention during the treatment, health education, medication operation, and bedside nursing; on the basis the patients in the experimental group were given targeted nursing including preparation before medication, psychological intervention, diet intervention, behavior intervention. Compared psychological status, thyroid hormones, liver function, and nursing satisfaction degree of the two groups before and after intervention. Results SAS score and SDS score in the experimental group after intervention were significantly lower than those in the control group [(45.27±5.48) vs.(51.36±5.75), (44.11±5.09) vs.(50.05±4.87)]; the level of serum TSH in the experimental group after intervention was significantly higher than that in the control group [(4.45±1.08) mU/L vs.(2.36±0.93) mU/L], the levels of TT3, TT4, FT3, FT4, ALT, ALP, AST, and Γ-GT were significantly lower than those in the control group [(2.25±0.82)nmol/L vs.(4.03±0.88)nmol/L, (95.45±12.77)nmol/L vs.(130.57±14.81)nmol/L, (4.85±0.94)pmol/L vs.(7.87±1.07)pmol/L, (10.74±2.65)pmol/L vs.(20.40±3.72)pmol/L, (24.86±5.74)U/L vs.(31.47±6.16)U/L, (24.30±6.79)U/L vs.(33.52±7.57)U/L, (24.26±6.17)U/L vs.(32.75±7.27)U/L, (22.45±6.81)U/L vs.(33.38±7.28)U/L], with statistically significant differences between the two groups (P<0.01). The nursing satisfaction degree in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Targeted nursing in the treatment of hyperthyroidism has significant clinical application effect, can improve the satisfaction degree, with reference significance.
