Abstract

The permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM) replace induction motors used in pump jacks. The supply voltage of pump jack changes greatly and it can influence the performances of PMSM. In this paper, the effect of supply voltage variation on the performance of PMSM is studied. The results are of import practical value and significance in the use of the PMSM in the oil field.
