Abstract
Solidification microstructure and heat transfer considering radiation were analyzed for unidirectional solidification of CMSX-2 single crystals. Microsegregation behaviors were also analyzed during and after solidification with and without back diffusion. Analyses of dendritic features and segregation were compared with experimental results and well fitted with them.
