Abstract

A preliminary study of the dynamics of the domain 1 of annexin I by Nuclear Magnetic Resonance is presented. The use of 15N-relaxation-compensated CPMG experiments allowed us to show the presence of conformational motions in the micro–millisecond range that extend over several segments along the domain. For 14 residues, exchange rate constants could be evaluated, and were found in the range 1300–2500 s –1. To cite this article: M. Gallopin et al., C.R. Chimie 00 (2004) .
