To analysis of sensitivity of the environmental value of wind power, firstly calculates the emission rate of the majority pollutants using the theory of environmental value, secondly calculates the environmental value of the majority pollutants, and then calculates the environmental value of wind power on the basis of 500MW thermal power plant, and the result is 0.4494675 Yuan/KWh, far higher for nature gas. In the last, sensitive the environm ental value of wind power. The result shows that the sensitivity of the environmental value of CO2 to the environmental value of wind power is dominant, while other pollutants are less sensitive to the environmental value of wind power, and comparing to other powers, the environmental value of wind power is remarkable.
