Abstract

Objective To analyze the risk factors of postpartum hemorrhage and practice effect of high quality rescue in delivery room. Methods A total of 46 patients with postpartum hemorrhage in our hospital were selected as the observation group, and they were given symptomatic hemostasis, anti-infection, and psychological nursing. At the same period, another 46 puerpera with successful delivery were selected as the normal group. The general data of the two groups, corresponding factors of postpartum hemorrhage, and hemostatic effect of rescue team in delivery room for puerpera with postpartum hemorrhage were analyzed. Results General data analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in delivery mode and delivery situation (P<0.05); multivariate logistic analysis showed that gestational hypertension, hepatitis, coagulopathy, uterine atony, soft birth canal injury, placenta previa and adhesion were independent risk factors of postpartum hemorrhage (P<0.05). The effective hemostasis rate was 100.0%, and the satisfaction degree of puerpera and their family members was 95.6%. Conclusions Maternal complications of pregnancy, coagulation mechanism, uterine contraction, soft birth canal, placenta and so on are the risk factors of postpartum hemorrhage. Therefore, in order to ensure the safety of mother and baby, active hemostatic therapy should be given according to maternal blood loss reasons.
