Abstract
目的 分析玻璃体切除联合注气术后发生视网膜动脉阻塞的原因.方法眼外伤7例(7眼)均行玻璃体切除联合注入C3F8.术后观察视力、视野、眼压、前房反应及眼底.结果术后眼压2例较低,5例正常;7例术后发生视网膜动脉分枝阻塞6例及中央动脉阻塞1例.结论玻璃体切除联合注入C3F8后发生视网膜动脉阻塞的原因是多方面的。
