Abstract

What scientific literacy competency means for PİSA studies is outlined briefly in the article. A study was conducted to determine the types of questions that students find challenging to answer and the skills necessary to answer these kinds of questions through analyzing the average indicators of scientific literacy of our students. Ultimately, suggestions were put forward with the aim of boosting PİSA 2025 outcomes.
