Abstract

It is shown It is shown how the framework of integral quadratic constraints can be used to analyse systems with rate limiters, in spite of the fact that such systems can not be globally exponentially stable. The analysis is based on computation of the L2 -gain in a feedback loop involving a saturation followed by an integrator.
