Abstract

The radiation fields of little bounded wave electromagnetic pulse (EMP) simulator with lumped terminator, which used for biomedical experiment, are simulated by parallelized finite-difference time-domain(FDTD) method. The EMP's effects of two dielectric plates and plastic box in the little bounded wave simulator(BWS) are numerical studied and analyzed. The results agree well with the theory analysis. The results show that the peak values of the electric fields at center in the working volume of BWS increase as the depth of the two dielectric plates increases. And the electric fields in the plastic box decrease as the box existed.
