Abstract

The production molding of multicomponent articles consisting of several granular compositions in a multiocular molding tool, which makes it possible to execute all required production operations on the basis of an automated robotized system, is examined. An example is given for implementation of the production molding of multicomponent combined articles on the basis of the automated robotized system. Procedures are cited for calculation of the pressure and selection of the optimal rate of pressing as a function of the physico-mechanical properties of the compositions that enter into the multicomponent article, and the properties of the material of the molding tool.
