Abstract

Dendrimers are biocompatible nanoparticle macromolecules and utilised to boost the activity and effectiveness of an active medication molecule as well as to lessen its toxicity because of their special abilities as carriers of other molecular structures. Dendritic macromolecules have the potential to become a mainstream drug delivery technology. The degree based atom-bond sum-connectivity index (ABS) was developed to replace three premature molecular indices, including connectivity (Randic), sum-connectivity, and atom-bond connectivity indices. It was observed that this index can predict equally well the properties of molecules that can be predicted by any of the three indices. In this work, we have given an exact formula for the ABS index of an unbounded class of dendrimer nanostructures, namely zinc porphyrin (), polypropyl ether imine (PETIM) and porphyrin () dendrimers.
