Abstract

Abstract Engineering education is a fascinating world where knowledge is continuous, alluring. Engineers have endorsed acclamations for their alms to new technologies. Creative concepts and new ideas will make this study a life long journey in a passionate way. A stream where learning needs to adapt rapid changes, there are major challenges and deviations now a days in achieving this mile stones. The major challenges may be categorized under three areas such as Academics, Employment and Research. In this paper, a straight forward solution for the current scenario may be achieved by periodical analysis of risk in the scope of the surfaces using PDCA method, there by mitigating and to take precautionary steps for unforeseen conditions paving a path to promote the quality and for successful achievements in engineering education
