Abstract
Objective To research the clinical characteristics and UCG characteristics of patients with hypertensive heart disease and hypertensive disease without heart damage.Methods One hundred and fifty cases in total,included observing group and control group which was similar in general condition and medical history without any other heart disease.The general condition,UCG manifests and clinical characteristics of the two groups were compared statistically.Results The two groups had no statistical significance in general condition,but clinical characteristics and UCG manifests were different.UCG manifests of the two groups were different in E,A,E/A,left atrium and interventricular septal thickness,LVPW,LVMI.Conclusions Patients with hypertensive heart disease and hypertensive disease without heart damage were different in clinical characteristics and UCG manifests,although UCG manifests were partial overlapping.
