Analysis of outcome and complications in a ten year experience of 469 cases of free flap reconstruction in head and neck cancer

Abstract

We audited prospectively 469 cases of head and neck free flap cases over a ten year period in a single unit. Over the ten years several adaptations have been made to the clinical path of head and neck cancer cases.
