Abstract

We treat the one-particle distribution spectra, the averaged multiplicities and the 'spin dependences of high energy inclusive reactions from the viewpoint of Regge theory within the M(12) symmetry scheme. We take into account the quark-line-duality diagrams for clarifying the dynamics and provide sum-rule relations among the distribution spectra, averaged multiplicities and proton target asymmetries which are testable in various kinematical regions. The existence of exotic resonances is discussed. § I. Introduction Multiparticle productions have recently attracted our attention since they have a greatly simplified structure when only a selected subset of produced objects are observed, while the coordinates of the rest are summed over. Investigation of the behavior of differential cross sections or of single particle distribution spectra and averaged multiplicities for inclusive reactions have provided useful ideas for models of strong interactions, i.e., limiting fragmentation, pionization and triple particle vertex reactions. In this work first we will be concerned with the differential cross section associated with the process
