Abstract

O-16 photo-reaction cross sections were analysed and evaluated in the photon energy region below 150 MeV. In the low energy region below 30 MeV, resonance analyses were made for experimental photo-absorption cross section and photo-neutron emission cross section. Resonance parameters of 22 resonance levels were determined. In the energy region above about 30 MeV, quasi-deuteron model was adopted to reproduce the photo-absorption cross section and neutron emission cross section. Based on these theoretical models, other particle emission cross sections were estimated. For quasi-d euteron model, a new modification were made to obtain energy spectrum and angular distribution of neutron or proton emitted by photoreaction of light elements.
