Abstract

The amplitudes of the decays K→2π and K→3π have been calculated within the chiral Lagrangian approach including chiral loops. The phenomenological structure of the effective weak meson interaction has then been fixed by experimental data. We estimate the CP asymmetry for decay probabilities and slope parameters in K±→π±π±π∓ and K±→π0π0π± decays using data on Re(ε′/ε). The modification of the Li-Wolfenstein relation for the direct CP-violation parameter in [Formula: see text] decays is also discussed.
