Abstract
Abstract An improved procedure for the quantitative analysis of fatty acid molecular species of chloroplast thylakoid lipids by HPLC of the p-methoxybenzoyl derivatives of diacylglycerols is described. Data are presented on the chromatographic properties of twenty three commonly occurring molecular species.
