Abstract

Fuzzy neural network is combined with fuzzy logic and neural network which can be applied to modeling and simulation for dynamic system of milling force. The fusion body is not only make up the shortage of fuzzy processing for neural network and the defects of self-study for pure fuzzy logic but also make up adverse effects of complex factors for milling force in process of milling titanium alloy (TC4) meanwhile improve the accurate degree of establishing the mathematical model with using the data processing of pure fuzzy. This article will utilize the algorithm of normal fuzzy neural network (NFNN) to establish the prediction model of neural network which consider of the processing parameters of milling force and the combination data of milling test for training, then conducting the simulation to milling force by using fuzzy neural network model. The results show that the use of normal fuzzy neural network method to establish prediction model of milling force for TC4 is reliable.
