Abstract

In order to improve the problem of poor reliability of fibre-reinforced polymer composites, the paper proposes a new method of fibre-reinforced polymer composites. First, the fibre-reinforced polymer composite material is taken as the research object, and the image of the fibre-reinforced polymer composite material is obtained by image collection, image stitching, and image denoising. Secondly, standardise the experimental instruments and equipment, and explain the preparation process of the experimental materials. Finally, compared with standing for 4 h, the gaps between the objects covered by the cellulose nanofibre reinforced composite material after standing for 8 h are smaller, and the surface structure is more uniform; and accurate fatigue characteristics analysis results and pore fractal dimensions can be obtained. According to the results of numerical fitting, when the distance from the crack source reaches 1.8 mm, the width of the fatigue fringe is maximised.
