Abstract
In this paper, we consider bulk arrival queue with bulk services to analyse the proposed M/EK/1 queuing model. A single server including bulk services queue with bulk arrival Poisson input and service time distribution is exponential. A steady-state probability generating function for queue length of a bulk arrival using ambulance service as a server has been derived. The mean queue length and other operational behaviours have been obtained. Finally, some special cases with respect capacity of an ambulance services have derived.
