Abstract

Single camera vision coordinate measurement system based on characteristic point imaging of optical probe is a newly arisen high-precision,large-size,3-D integrated on-line measurement system and has important application value in the modem industrial production.To evaluate the measurement precision of the single camera vision measurement system,the evaluation method based on measurement uncertainty is studied.The evaluation expression is constructed by analyzing the main factor s of measurement precision of the single camera vision coordinates measurement system,and the evaluation of measurement precision is realized. Measurement experiment is done to verify the evaluation method,and which proves that the measurement precision of the measurement system tallies with the analysis result.
