Abstract

In the article, an analysis was made in the direction of agriculture, that is, agricultural fields, production of plant products and livestock products. At the same time, the trade position in the agricultural markets of Azerbaijan and the factors influencing the current and future demand for agricultural and food products were analyzed in detail. Purpose – the market is to determine the economic potential of agriculture and the consumption of food products. Methodology – the methodology of the article is made up of mathematical-statistical analyses, as well as logical judgment methods and logical skills. The results of the research – although there are scientific-theoretical approaches on current food agriculture, some innovations are needed in solving the problem. The production of food products in agriculture plays a major role in establishing the process of objective formation of the development of the food and processing industry in Azerbaijan as a result of its export to local and foreign markets.
