Abstract

Analysis of looped distribution networks is a prerequisite in design or reorganization of water supply systems. It involves an iterative methodology which frequently faces divergence problem. This paper presents an analysis algorithm that ensures convergence of the solution. Authors' experience in the application of the algorithm in the analyses of large water distribution networks is also discussed.
