Abstract

As the linear oscillating motor has advantages of high power density, fast response and high accuracy, the research on the linear oscillating motor becomes a hotspot all over the world. Yet most researchers mainly concentrate on the linear motor structure and modeling analysis, causing the absence of focusing on what effects external force loads have on the linear oscillating motor position output dynamic performance. Therefore, we put forward to a loading system equipment to fulf ll analyses of linear oscillating motor position output dynamic performance with external force load. Firstly, mathematical model of the linear oscillating loading system is derived, based on which the simulation model is built and the simulation analyses of linear oscillating motor position output dynamic performance is conducted. Furthermore, experimental analyses of the linear oscillating motor position output dynamic performance is achieved with external force load. Finally, effects of different load modes and different load amplitudes on the dynamic performance are analyzed. And it is expected to promote the application of the linear oscillating motor.
