Abstract


 
 
 The objective of this research was to describe how knowledge management influences institutional growth in order to know to what extent public servants can apply knowledge management in their sector, for which the interview was conducted in which a series of questions were asked to know the advances that are being applied in the field of knowledge management in the sector. The research is of a qualitative type with the phenomenological design and it was found that there is little knowledge about how to manage knowledge in general in the DRELP of Lima Provinces, in particular in the UGEL N ° 16, in this sense after having carried out the triangulation and From the analysis of the data, we can conclude that significant improvements are needed and take a group of measures to include knowledge management in educational institutions, such as UGEL No. 16, to increase their institutional growth as well as give workshops to strengthen the technologies of communication and information in public servants. The result was that there is influence of knowledge management on institutional improvement and little use of knowledge management to make management more agile with the commitment of public servants to provide better solutions in the educational field that afflict the region Lima provinces.

Introduction

Nuestro país tiene la necesidad de implementar políticas públicas que sirvan como soporte y apoyo para el mejoramiento de la gestión de los diferentes sectores y particularmente de la UGEL N° 16. Este estudio que se ha realizado pretende buscar una nueva perspectiva de mejoramiento de la gestión del conocimiento. El Ministerio de Educación (Minedu) tiene el papel fundamental de brindar servicios educativos con calidad, es decir, es responsable del desarrollo de la Educación Básica Regular y Especial de nuestro país. Su labor es crucial para la gestión del conocimiento y el desarrollo del capital humano, permitiendo de esta manera el logro de las competencias de la población estudiantil, para que en un futuro no muy lejano forme parte del aparato productivo del Perú
