Abstract

With the continuous growth of power demand, the investment in power grid equipment production technical transformation project has increased, in order to better promote the construction of management system of production technical transformation project and achieve accurate project investment, it is critical to improve the power grid technical transformation project factor analysis quality and the application level of results. As a key part of the development of power grid technology transformation project, the factor analysis and identification are crucial. This paper analyzes the key factors of the power grid technical transformation project, starting from two aspects. Firstly, the interpretive structural model is used to analyze the indicators of each stage of the full life cycle of the power grid technical transformation project to find out its deepest influencing factors. On this basis, we use PCA method to calculate the importance of the three types of project cost of the power grid technical transformation project, in order to identify the deepest critical factors in the power grid technical transformation project. Through analysis and calculation, it is finally concluded that the deep influencing factor of the power grid technical transformation project is the rationality and accuracy of the project cost in the preliminary preparation stage. It is further refined that the most critical cost of AC power transformation and distribution project is equipment purchase cost, the most critical cost of AC power transmission project is construction cost, and the most critical cost of AC relay protection project is construction cost.
