Introduction

The ethical challenge is an issue that must be met by organizations if they are concerned about survival and competitiveness (Ho, 2011). Ethics is about right and wrong, good and bad actions, and ethics includes the philosophical reasons for morality stipulated by society. It goes beyond the area of the law and provides guidance for resolving moral dilemmas with a fair, correct and right solution (Farrell and Cobbin, 1996). Ethical behavior often originates from values such as honesty, integrity, and respect. These expectations should be stated in the mission, conduct, or values policy statements (McCraw et al, 2009) of the companies
