Abstract
In existing spinning systems when processing natural, artificial and synthetic fibers into yarn, the main task of the technological process is to obtain sliver, roving and yarn that is uniform in structure and properties by folding and drawing. The article proposes a theoretical analysis of the entry angles of the fibrous masses of the exhaust steam of an exhaust device. The entry angles of the fibrous masses of the existing and new design of the pressure roller with reduced diameters were compared.
