Abstract
Objective To evaluate the new medical model 'people - oriented, patient - centered'. Methods The new human nursing management medical model was promoted, and self - questionnaire was carried out to evaluate this model Results Patients and their families on the attitude of medical staff satisfaction increased by 10.1%, the rate of confidence in the quality of health care increased by 2%.
