Abstract

Scientific research achievements are significant indication of the quality on graduate students' education. Taking some college's telecom major graduate students' scientific research achievements and all kinds of data during the entrance and study as a sample data, building a system model, giving a value of each variable by Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP), and using Chi-square analysis and SPSS statistical analysis, the correlation between all factors and graduate students' achievements in scientific research which is often thought as an important suggestions on how to optimize the Mentor-Graduate two-way selection mechanism.
