Abstract

Many factors affect the transformation efficiency of scientific and technological achievements, and the theoretical basis that often makes it difficult to get through the last "mile" can be attributed to the innovation diffusion theory and the technology acceptance model. These two theories are classic theories to explain the dissemination and acceptance of new technologies or innovations in the market and can explain why scientific and technological achievements are difficult to be successfully transformed into practical applications in the final stage. For the specific factors of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Province Y, through questionnaires and Amos software, a structural equation model of the factors affecting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Province Y was established, and four dimensions of "policy support, environmental construction, the contradiction between supply and demand, and achievement value realization" and 14 specific influencing factors were constructed. The degree of influence of each factor was analyzed, and conclusions and suggestions were drawn.
