Abstract

In order to reduce the injury of pedestrians in collision accidents and analyze the impact of collision position and collision angle on pedestrian injury degree, a simulation model of pedestrian-vehicle collision is established by using PC-crash software, and the significant factors affecting pedestrian injury are found out through orthogonal test, and the injury law of significant factors to pedestrians is analyzed. It is found that vehicle speed has the greatest influence on pedestrian casualties, followed by collision angle and collision position, and pedestrian speed has the least influence on pedestrian casualties; When the speed is higher than 60km/h, pedestrians will be fatally injured; Pedestrians suffer the least when the collision angle between people and vehicles is 90; When pedestrians rush out from the left front of the vehicle, when the vehicle speed is less than 40km/h, the collision damage between pedestrians and the right edge of the vehicle is minimal, and when the vehicle speed is greater than 40km/h, the collision damage between pedestrians and the left edge is minimal.
