Abstract
Objective To research the influencing factors in the quality of life of psoriatic patients and to investigate the countermeasure of nursing intervention. Methods A total of 327 psoriatic patients were investigated with the questionnaire of the quality of life of psoriatic and the general state of health questionnaire.The DLQI total score was used as the dependent variable, 14 forecast factors in the general questionnaire as independent variable, multiple logistic regression analysis were performed, and the main influencing factors in the quality of life were filtered. Results DLQI of psoriatic was lower than that in healthy control group ( P <0. 01 ), and symptoms of the disease, heart condition, disease frequency, economic status, and size of disease site were the main factors affecting the quality of life of psoriatic patients. Conclusions The factors influencing the quality of life of psoriatic are relatively much more, according to the survey results, we should take targeted intervention measures, advance patients knowledge about the disease, and develop good psychosocial adaptation,which can significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
