Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the indications and results of surgical treatment of ankyloglossia in children. Patients were divided into three age groups I - 3-6 years old, II - 7-9 years old, III - 10-12 years old. The result of treatment was rated as very good, good, satisfactory, unsatisfactory. It was found that the most frequent indication (86,4 %) for surgery in children was a problem of speech. A very good treatment result was most often found in the first group (76,6 %). 74,4 % of operated children who had undergone tongue training exercise and speech therapy had normalization of sound pronunciation.

АНАЛИЗ ПОКАЗАНИЙ И РЕЗУЛЬТАТОВ ХИРУРГИЧЕСКОГО ЛЕЧЕНИЯ АНКИЛОГЛОССИИ У ДЕТЕЙ

ФГБОУ ВО «Волгоградский государственный медицинский университет» Министерства здравоохранения Российской Федерации. Статья посвящена анализу показаний и результатов хирургического лечения анкилоглоссии у детей. Установлено, что наиболее частым показанием (86,4 %) к пластике уздечки языка у детей являлось нарушение звукопроизношения. Укорочение уздечки языка (ankyloglossia) относят к числу распространенных врожденных аномалий (2,8–22,7 %) развития, сопровождающихся функциональными и анатомическими нарушениями [4, 8]. Частота нарушений прикуса у детей с укороченной уздечкой языка достигает 58 % [1, 3]. Пластика короткой уздечки языка (френэктомия и френотомия) является основным этапом устранения функциональных нарушений у детей. Оценка показаний и результатов френулопластики позволяет определять оптимальный возраст и метод коррекции
