Abstract
目的 分析2009年-2011年无锡市职业病发病现状,分析疾病谱特征、地区和行业分布特点以及发病趋势.方法 对2009年1月1日至2011年12月31日职业病信息网络报告和职业病报告卡数据,以确诊职业病病例为分析对象.结果 2009-2011年无锡市职业病发病623例,包含6大类,其中以尘肺(518例)、职业中毒(29例)、职业性眼病(37例)及职业性皮肤病(22例)为主,职业中毒又以慢性中毒为主；地区分布以江阴市、宜兴市及锡山区为多,其余各区亦有发生；企业分布主要集中在私营企业及中小型企业；企业性质以轻工、建材、化工、建设、船舶、机械等行业为主.结论 无锡市近三年职业病发病情况未得到有效控制,职业病发病情况不容乐观,职业病防治工作亟待加强。
