Abstract

Human resource management is an important part of modern enterprises, it is closely linked with other departments. With the progress of society, traditional manual labor methods have been unable to meet the current work needs. Neural network is a new artificial method, which can use its powerful and efficient processing power to solve some deficiencies in traditional manual labor. This paper firstly establishes a human resource management model based on neural network, and designs a human resource management and forecasting analysis system based on the model. The results show that the human resource management system can make up for the lack of nonlinear computing ability. It can provide enterprises with a more efficient and stable human resource management model, and can also improve the efficiency of employees.
